Coal Miners Heritage Days Festival
With coal-mining exhibits of artifacts and memorabilia, a pierogie-eating contest, Coal Miners Polka Mass (Sunday at 3 p.m.), games and food.

Pocono State Craft Festival
A juried fine art and craft event with 85 juried fine artists and craftspeople. The site, Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm is a 19th-century working farm. Farm tours will be available along with roving musicians, festival foods, demonstrations and a kids area.

Funfest
The 30th anniversary of Hazleton's annual street festival with the theme "Racing Around the Globe." Scheduled events include stages of free entertainment and a craft show.
